Thank you for choosing My Hair Space. We aim for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you need to make a return, please follow our policy below for a smooth process.
14-Day Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day refund policy on all aprons, provided they are returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.
Faulty Aprons: If you receive a faulty apron, please report it within 14 days of delivery. We apologise for any inconvenience and will resolve the issue promptly. Note that wear and tear damage beyond this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, contact us at info@myhairspace.com within the specified timeframe. We will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorisation number to include with your return shipment.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a faulty product or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or replacement.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange for a different size or style, please initiate a return as outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
